Or Something

There's a guy
in this cute little
Victorian Seaport
& Arts Community
who buys a cup
of drip coffee
almost every day
at the café
I hang out in
and never says
"Thank you"
or leaves a tip.

He owns a house
uptown, rents
rooms to people
on low income
desperate to find
affordable places
to live, and has
a couch that he'll
let you sleep on
for $290 a month.

This is called
entrepreneurship,
or something.
