Disappearance of the Bees

Some cannot bear
to watch arrows
pierce the sparrows.
When the only tree
on Jupiter falls, who will
hear it? Earth will soon
be cold, and the catacombs
will require de-icing.
The last of the apple
blossoms scatter
on the black grass
before dawn.
